Copyright Policy

Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that content available on or through this site (“Website”) infringes one or more of your copyrights, please send our Copyright Agent by mail, email or fax a notification (“Notification”) providing the information described below. A copy of your Notification will be sent to the person who uploaded the material addressed in the Notification (the “Uploader”). Pursuant to federal law you may be held liable for damages and attorneys’ fees if you make any material misrepresentations in a Notification. Thus, if you are not sure whether content located on or accessible via a link from the Website infringes your copyright, you should contact an attorney. All Notifications should include the following:

1. Contact Information. Information reasonably sufficient to allow us and the Uploader to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.

2. Allegedly Infringed Work Description. Clear and complete description of the material you are seeking to protect. If multiple copyrighted works are covered in your complaint, the law allows a representative list of such works.

3. Each Allegedly Infringed Work Identification. The specific URL and identification of the work you believe infringes your rights, or we will be unable to locate and remove it. General information is not adequate.

4. Good Faith Statement. “I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”

5. Authorization Statement. “The information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”

6. Signature. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter Notification

If you believe that material that you posted to the Website has been wrongfully removed in response to a Copyright Infringement Notification submitted by a copyright owner pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, you may send us a Counter Notification (“Counter Notification”) asking that the material be restored (if you are eligible to have the material restored, as outlined below). Pursuant to federal law you may be held liable for damages and attorneys’ fees if you make any material misrepresentations in a Counter Notification. Please note that we are required to send a copy of your Counter Notification to the person who submitted the original Copyright Infringement Notification and that in response to a Counter Notification that person may file a lawsuit against you seeking a determination of its rights with respect to the material. In addition, please be aware that when we forward the notice, it will include your personal information. By submitting a Counter Notification, you consent to having your information revealed in this way. We will not forward the Counter Notification to any party other than the original claimant except as may be required by applicable law.

To be effective your Counter Notification must be a written communication provided to our designated agent that includes substantially the following information:

1. Contact Information. Your full legal name (a first and last name, not a company name), email address, address, and telephone number. If you are an uploader’s authorized representative, please be sure to specify your relationship to the uploader in the counter notification

2. Identification of the Specific Work/URL. Identification of the work that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the URL at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled General information is not adequate.

3. Consent to Jurisdiction Statement. “I consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district where I live (or, if my address is outside the United States, in the courts of the State of Israel located in Tel Aviv), and I will accept service of process from the person who submitted the Notification (or an agent for that person)”.

4. Good Faith Statement. “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.”

5. Signature. Your physical or electronic signature.
