Basic Characteristics: Displays text from an RSS feed Lines appear consecutively and pause when they reach the starting point Text can be linkable The ticker can be minimized When minimized a small reminder stays on the corner of the screen The reminder is linkable and includes mention of the RSS Source Reminder disappears after a pause and reappears when moused over

All of the following parameters of the ticker are easily changeable: The height, color and opacity of the ticker background and outline The size, color and format of the text The color of linkable text when moused-over The speed of the text
